When turning the wheel either way on my focus, it makes sort of a clicking noise. It does this when stood still and moving

I have recently bought the car and it went back under the warranty, the garage said they greased the steering shaft.

This DID fix the issue when I was at the garage, the noise was gone, all perfect, I then got home around 1.5 hour drive from the garage and it came back.

Hi ive got a corsa 1.2 sxi and it's making a knocking sound when I turn my steering wheel but more to the right, what could it be im worried pls? Also I had a new battery fitted at Halfords on Sunday so 5 days ago that won't have caused anything would it pls?
