Hi guys, I'm wanting to replace the dampers and springs on the RS in the past I've used Konis Apex etc but is there any readily available these days that people can recommend? Car is used only on roads so don't want coilovers or rock hard suspension, oe dampers and -20mm springs I'm thinking.
Are the kyb dampers any good?

 

kyb are basic run of mill shite from car shop mate.. as for apex id never have another set in my life i fitted a new set to my sapphire cosworth it never sat right always high at front and 12month later 1 snapped just junk imo... id stick with koni or gaz coilovers or spax

you may have to ring places im sure there will still make them.. or try avo there stuff is good aswell if it needs maken i think it takes around 6 to 8weeks

Koni stopped in like 2017!
Think its basically AVO (IIRC rears are adjustable dampers, fronts are coilovers) or GAZ (full coilovers) these days
