Default Combrake not answering phone

Hi,

has anyone else experienced bad customer service from these guys? Put an order in two weeks ago for my brake kit and few other pieces haven’t had any news on delivery have managed to get through on the phone a couple of times to enquire get told they will find out and call me back then nothing?! Most of the time they don’t even answer my call? Slightly concerned as they have £1500 of my money!

Did they have brake kit in stock? Or is it being manufactured?
I had to wait several weeks for parts from anembo as they were not in stock, and now on a 4-6 week lead time for some shocks from GAZ……

They didn’t say when I placed my order about stock levels, the chap said should be about 10 days, but can’t seem to just get an answer when they will be arriving, it wouldn’t bother me if they said it will be 4 weeks or whatever it’s the not answering the phone or not ringing me back with a update. Doesn’t come across as very professional.

Customer relations is very important and even if there is a delay in getting the parts, that you have already paid for, they should keep you fully informed on what is happening.

totally agree with you cossynut2, it’s common courtesy to call someone back with an update, especially when they have told you that 3 times in a row!
