anyone done this job on a 2wd saff them selfs. any advise would be great some folks are saying take the loom out through the car. aparantly the ecu plug goes through the hole in the bulkhead. i would of thought personaly it would be easier the other way around as in pull it out through the engine bay as theres about five foot of it going around the engine and not that much inside the car. it doesnt help the loom goes through the bulkhead right under the abs block your thoughts would be ace

 

i brought mine back into the car, but there is no hard and fast rule.

un seat the grommet first,and don't try pull the loom through the grommet

it's best to have 2 people so it can be pulled from inside the car and fed through from the engine bay at the same time ray

 

thanks james, i dont suppose you have a business in newton abbot do you. its tempting me. yeah deffo a school boy era to pull it through the gromet
