Default Washer pump

Hi can anyone tell me how to remove the windscreen washer pump? Does front wheel and arch liner need removing?

From memory when I did it a few years ago I didn't remove anything. Just unbolted the resevoir so it moved freely then unscrewed the bumper and liner and just bent/flexed them out the way a little. I think I may have jacked the car up a little just for some more wiggle room from underneath. It was awkward doing this way and I ended up with scrapes on my arms but it worked.

Now I know how easy it is to remove the bumper I think I would just do it that way next time (so long as the bolts for the bumper aren't seized)
