'91 Scorpio Granada Cosworth 24v - Fuel Tank Gauge Sender Unit Faulty
Guys - the fuel gauge for my '91 pre-facelift Scorpio Granada Cosworth 24v appears to have failed 100%...... up to recently the gauge registered erratically eventhough tank was full. I understand that the fuel pump and fuel sender unit are integrated for the 24v and are fitted internally in the fuel tank.
Fuel pump is 100% okay - only the gauge is reading incorrectly - and I have eliminated the dash fuel gauge as the cause.
Are there any new or used/second hand fuel pump/fuel sender unit combinations available either retail or from fellow 24v owners as this is spoiling the general overall positive driving experience of my 24v.....
