Front heated screen not working

Hi everyone, my front heated windscreen has stopped working on my 2016 focus. I’ve checked fuses and they are ok. Also there are two connectors inside the car above the rear view mirror. These are plugged in tight and snug and they also spark a little bit, which hopefully is a good sign that everything’s working up to that point. Any ideas? Many thanks

verify the screen is actually getting 12v and ground at the relevant connectors, and if so, determine how much current, if any is being drawn when it is on
