Default Steering issue

Hi all , Looking for a bit help on my toyota avensis steering , Recently dinked an island with driver side wheel and had to replace the steering rack as it was knocking and mot time.
All was good for a while until i done a full lock turn , suddenly traction control light and vsc came on - lost both and my front wheels felt like they are going to fall off when turning corners very scary.
Also the steering wheel has misaligned it self 90degrees and sometimes re aligns itself.
When i turn car off and on it goes away but turn the corner its back on.
Been suggested wheel bearing and track rod because wheel wobbles left to right so getting them all today but im not sure these would cause my steering wheel to misalign. Also new gaitors on rack are twisting.

Whats next to check? Cheers

Sounds like faulty rack so i would get the ppl who fitted it to check it over because it will still be under warranty.

Have you put a computer on the car and reset the steering angle sensor? There's a sensor behind the steering wheel which tells the abs ecu which position the steering wheel is when the car is out of control so that the traction control/abs can be applied.
