Brought this mondeo not long before xmas, it was going to be a conversion for my connect, but just loved the way it drove, very smooth, comfy and just all round nice car.
So here cam this thread of just a restro/ enjoyable build.

Won't be nothing mega, just can't justify spending big money any more on projects, as for me it more stress than fun.

few photos i took a few days ago, please bare with me, i'm not very clever with computers, so doing all this is a whole new world for me.

Paint work isn't aamzing, will need a 'blow over ' in the future, mk2 frs intercooler to fit, and a few parts on order

( note that a locking wheel nut was missing prior to a test drive ) had no idea till i removed caps recently

This thread is more for me to keep updates on this, and to ask questions if i get stuck

 

Good cars these. I liked my mk3 mondeo but I think the mk4 mondeo is a better car.

 

Really enjoyed the quick drive in this. Shame it won't get used much

 

I ran one of these as a daily drive for 6 years. wish i'd never sold it. was a brilliant car

 

I also decided to upgrade the radiator on my jeep because I noticed a small coolant leak.
