Greetings to all, I have a ford escort cvh motor vehicle. My engine does not warm up even though the thermostat is working properly in my vehicle. When I examine the thermostat body, there is a water flow to the radiator through a 10 mm hole independent of the thermostat. Please help me what to do.

There is a direct water flow to the radiator from the hole I showed in the photo.
