Default 2wd brake booster accumulator

Dose anyone have a good accumulator / booster pump for a 2wd saff. Mine seems to have cooked itself and got really hot now doesn’t do anything.

i've found a casing while rummaging around in the garage the other week, it's pretty heavy though but it's yours for the postage if you can dismantle it to make things work

you are only down the road so you could come collect if it want to

I’ve possibly found one it’s located different to mine even though it’s off a 2wd. Looks like the pump comes away from the accumulator body. So hopefully I can swap just the pump. Mine must have ran dry as the brakes needed bleeding. It pumped the fluid out the bottle and the the pump got very hot. Seems dead now

I knew my rear brakes needed bleeding. There was fluid on the pot. I guess when the ignition was on as I was wiring in my dash the pump ran pushed the fluid out the pit and ran dry or for too long. It was almost to hot to touch

I managed to get a pump off a mate who had a shell in his yard. Was an absolute c@@t to change with the manifold and turbo on lol. But builds pressure now and the abs goes out and park brake warning works

Yes, I remember it was a tricky beast to work on. Good news you have it sorted.
