Hello. As you know I'm from Poland. So in my country I can't buy cams. So I will get them from burton power. And here is problem becouse I don't know what product I have to buy I want to get about 220-250 Hp in my car so what cams it have to be??

get that cam kit, forget anything else

it is the best cam avaliable for an RS TURBO

Just make sure that your "tuner" knows how to dial in the cam, because ALL the tuners I have asked just set the pully to 0, or they say that "its a turbo car you just add boost"

I used to have the piper but found using high boost it worn very quickly, ive got the Kent cvh35 now and not had a prob for over 1 1/2yrs

I find that the CVH35 doesn't pull that well under 4000 rpm but then it likes to pull all the way to 8000rpm. I hear that the CVH34 is better in that aspect and produces power earlier. It's easy to get power with bad power band. Now I'm using a CVH efi cam slightly advanced. Amazingly it pulls really hard right from 2500 rpm.
So, when buying a cam, first look at your current spec, then decide what you want. The desired power level alone doesn't say much.

My car, still a 1600 made 230 bhp yesterday on the rollers using a 285t2.

a mixed bag on this subject, from what ive been told and read the CVH35 comes out on top of the picking list. And 2 be honest m8 i think untill u have had them all u will never know which 1 is best 4 u....

forget about piper or kent get yourself a newman cams last alot longer and if nyou give him a spec he can grind one for you only down side is setting up the soild lifters but i've done so many now that they are a piece of piss
i dont rate kent cams blanks the quality not there

Well I pulled 232bhp with a naturally aspirated cam!!



Haha! Was a bastard to set up though!!

Newman Cams do sound quite good though, chilled iron aint it?

gotta kent cvh 34 in mine, good early power band, had it a year, think its wearing badly though as i can hear it knocking now and again
