Default Brake conversion ALF to Turbo drums

Hi there
I am working on an ALF 1.6 right now, it has got a RS2000 N7A engine build in and now I need to ugrade the brakes.
Due to the fact this car shall get street legal and I live in Germany, best way will be to build in the RS Turbo brakes (at least thats the way most Germans do it for the TÜV, a friend of mine tried to go with brake discs and got reclined).
For the front I got a Sierra 260mm brake disc and calipers already (which I was told it will be the same as the Turbo, and the sticky of mentalasanything looks like it will fit right out of the box) so this should be fine.

But now for the rear part:
It is very difficult to get a read drum system in 2021, so here I am.
I cant simply get a Sierra drum brake due to the fact it has RWD, but I dont know exactly where it will differ and where it will be the same (if there are any same parts at all).

So:
First option is to get a RS Turbo drum system, including everything from assy plate until the dust cap, but as I said I cant find one here, best shot is a russian webshop.
But if you guys know a place or maybe someone has one laying around, I would love to buy it <3

Second option would be trying to get each part individually
Best way here (in my opinion) would be to get the assy plate 85AB 2212 BA the adjustment 81AB 2L512 AB cylinder 72GX 2261 BB and the drum 86AB 1126 AA and a new set of shoes/springs, but I am wondering
Will the old hub fit this system? Or will I need those also?
What parts can be reused of the old 1.6 brake?

Third option is getting a Sierra brake system, IF this will be possible, thats why I am here for.
I will need to get a 9" 229mm drum brake, I could get this from an ebay supplier, but as he also mentioned it wont fit due to the RWD.
But (just my thoughts) maybe I can reuse the hub, so there will be no problem, then I can get the bigger drum on it (due to its also 4*108 right?)
But will the assy plate be the same for mounting on an Escort?

So as you can see I have three options but each of them has its catches.
I would really appreciate some help here to get this car street legal

Also, please correct me, the RS Turbo has the engine code HL16MFI, but which code does my 77kW 1,6l 1987 have?

Finally, have a picture of Emely

Last point:
I posted in the turbo section because I need turbo brakes, please move if its wrong here

Kindest regards and have a nice weekend

Wow, thanks haz87, big big thanks
I ordered the plates immediately, will now check for the drums
I will still need the pins and springs that hold the shoes in place and the adjustment for wearing right?
Will this fit?

Or can I use the old ones?

Yes you will. Last time I bought one of those kits, half the springs were too long for the application - but this was a long time ago, hopefully they are better these days. Between that kit and what you currently have, chances are you'd get a working setup.

So, I bought the plates and the drum/shoes kit which you adviced, the kit also includes the springs etc.
If I get you right, my old hub will allign with the new drums? Because they are thicker than the old ones.
Or am I good with the parts I ordered?
