Default Mfi 1.6 T won't start😣

Okay so i have a fiesta mk2 with a swapped 1.6 T mfi in it. Now it has some trouble starting but i got that fixed by adjusting the set screw jnside the metering head. Finally it ran and it ran great too. Before it had misfirs but i changed the rubber o-rings in the fuel distributor and had one glorious evening of great turbo fun. But when i tried to start it up in the morning it wouldn't start. I changed the idle screw again and when it was very rich i got it to start. But it ran like a dog, when i opend the throttle it almost and did die. I don't know what could have happend overnight that made it not wanting to start?? I was thinking timing? How can i check this?

I have:
SparkFuelAnd air? (Not sure but the mfi vacuüm flap moves when cranking)

Please help, i am all out of ideas.

Thanks in advance

Much of the time with these it's the metering head sticking or just not working very well. I'd look to having that reconditioned/serviced first. The amount of times I had to give mine a tap with a wrench or hammer to get it running right. After that, be looking at the fuel injectors and possibly getting them ultrasonically cleaned. Wouldn't hurt to overhaul the throttle body and make sure that's clean and smooth too.
