Hola a todos. Tengo un Escort 1.8 16V del '97. Motor Zetec. Ultimanemente justo después de arrancar, en frío, un ruido como sonidos metálicos. Cuando está caliente, no hace nada y el coche funciona correctamente en todo el rango de revoluciones. Voy a tratar de adjuntar un vídeo para que pueda escuchar el ruido de la derecha después del arranque.

The engine is standard. 5W30 Ford Formula F oil. 140,000 Kilometers. The car has no problem except for that noise just when you release the key. It does so with both the clutch depressed and loose. Thank you very much really.

 

Sounds like the drive belt slipping, that or a dry bearing/idler.
If you rev it hard, does it suddenly squeal too? Take a quick look at the state of the belt and check the tension, it'll soon show if its past its best

 

I forgot to tell it, 30 days ago, I changed: Water Pump.
Complete kit of timing belts.
Poly V kit.
Rollers and tensioners.
Before shifting it to noise.
After changing it, it keeps making the noise.

It started to make noise, after 5 days forcing the start, since I had an electrical problem in the fuse box and there was insufficient voltage at the injection relay output.
