2.0 Zetec Black Top Small Ends Gone.....Fiesta MK2
Small ends gone on my sons mk2 fiesta. Looking at options. Would appreciate some suggestions please. (I’m pretty good with spanners being old and that!)
as above its a 2.0 blacktop in there now which I’m quite happy to swap out for something else.
silvertop? Garage that diagnosed suggestion
st170? More work of course
or same as if I can find a half decent engine
or 1.8 Zetec blacktop, found a tidy low mileage one

I have never replaced a valve cover gasket, and I feel like I could do it in under an hour now.
