ok you asked....
don't know about Ford usage but I had a classis mini with green ones in which you recommended for road use and they were utterly useless. every time i got in the car the first thing I did was several emergency stops so that the right leg got trained to press really hard

Thanks, Yes We did ask and this is what We need to know, not just the positive comments. What year were you running the GreenStuff? and can I ask what brakes you are running now and in what vehicle?

oh forgot - I've also currently got red ones in an 800kg kit car (no servo) with sierra sliding single pot calipers. these also are scary when cold but once a bit warm they work really well with excellent bite

Put some green stuff ones a and grooved disks on a Auto navara D40 several years ago, and it stopped better than standard, only really fitted them due to the 22" wheels and wanting less brake dust..
Was happy with them

I used to run Greenstuff pads in my Escort, Sierra and Granada with no problems, right up to the point you put the “bedding in” material on and after that I used to have warped discs in less than 1000 miles so got rid of them and have never gone back.

It wasn't likely warped discs: modern discs don't really warp, it will have been pad deposits left on the disc giving an uneven surface. Probably from the bedding in material
