T34 turbo

Hi guys, I’m looking to upgrade my turbo on my 4x4 saff, it’s running t3, greens, 500 intercooler etc. I’m thinking of a T34 but which actuator do you recommend?

-31 should be fine

A T34,T36 is a good turbo choice. -31 actuator should be fine.
