hello hope someone help me i am lost

my s2 was fitted with cossy mangement but wont idle good when cold and afr is all over the place when it idle cold revs drop away and afr goes to max on gauge

tryed etrrything i can think of tested all temp sensors to me all are ok but changed them to be sure as dont cost much

also fuel pressure is 3.5 bar vac pipe of and drops to 3 on so that is ok

any one here got any idea what could be causeing this

when it went throw the mot it failed was 6% turned it down to 3.5 to get it throw but back up as it ran worse and was getting very warm

strangest also theres a sligt miss fire at low revs

 

could it be a problem with the camshft ??

 

Was this setup/running correctly, or have you just had the conversion done?

i bought the car like this but was running fine when i got it then it started to idle wrong and it just got worse

 

It's worth checking the MAP reference hose has not split, is it only a problem when cold though?

i replaced all vac pipes there is no leaks and yes only cold once it warms up its fine

its got me beat cant seem to find the problem 😖
