Default Sapphire Cosworth Steering Rack

I had my 2wd Sapphire Cosworth steering rack leaking oil from both sides and from the middle, now I have changed the seals and after 3 days not leaking is leaking again from the middle. Would some Stop leak fluid work as it is leaking a bit as compared to before.

Yeah, I don't think it will work, asking maybe someone used it and worked.

How did you re-seal the ends ? was it a difficult job and where did you get the seal kit ?

I had the same problem with my 2wd steering rack a few years ago, it was the original one fitted in 1990 and was leaking fluid from various seals etc. There is really only one solution get a re-conditioned one. There were other things worn as well on mine and when the new one was fitted it made a big difference to how my car steers. Not sure if you have somewhere in Malta where you can get a re-con one but there are a couple of places here in the UK.

I changed 3 shaft seals for my rack but it still leaks like a ********* so I ordered the complete seal kit from GGR, let's see if that fixes the problem.

It looks like a good place to buy one, unless you are 100% sure of trying to fix one yourself, for what they cost it's the best option.
