Does the tyre diameter front to back need to the same for the Teves 2 ABS system to work?
Tested and swapped out all four sensors, all Ohm ratings read fine at the ecu plug, pump works fine, tried different ecus also.
Passes self test on startup, but light comes back on after a few hundred feet.
rear tyres are 255/40 18 front 225 4018 so are about an inch or so different in diameter.

 

No, tyre size does not affect abs light. Something else is happening...

Yes it does influence it. The speed
of the front and rear wheels will constantly be different which the abs system will see as a fault.
