A lot of the rs500 style/size intercoolers touch the headlights slightly.
Perfectly normal mate

My old 500 style cooler use to touch the back of the headlights but due to a backfire in the inlet and splitting it open I'm now running the Airtec bar and plate topfeed cooler, seems to work better and being deeper but shallower sits below the back of the headlights.
