what oil for all new CVH turbo engine ?

what oil must i use for my all new CVH turbo engine ?

the first 1000miles a thicker oil ?

Run it in on a mineral based oil for the first 600 miles with a few pounds of boost.

Then once run in, get some Silkolene Pro S 10w 50...awesome stuff

You need to run a cheap grade mineral oil at first then after the 1000 miles upgrade to a better oil,i used valvoline racing 20/50 in mine when it was run in and it was fine

I wouldn't use the Mineral Oil for as long as 1000 miles.

I ran mine on mineral for 600 miles then changed. 170psi across all 4 cylinders

i had running in oil in mine for 500,then changed it again to 1000, then put in mobil 1 5w -50w, been ok, and i run it in with a bar of boost!
