Hi all,

My series 1 keeps blowing the fuse for the tape. I believe that this fuse (please feel free to correct me if I’m wrong) is for the tape, the interior light And possibly the rear screen heater. I’ve disconnected the tape and the interior light however the fuse still blows the moment you put one in. Is there any other parts that this same fuse Is for? Has anyone had the same issue or have any ideas ?

Check the wiring that goes into the tailgate from the roof.

You may have some shorted wires.
