Win a Cossie YouTube video
It's a bits and pieces car that was a right mess a few years ago and struggled to sell it as its might look nice but far from a original al car of a rouse but if you win it £100 then bonus lol
It’s been all over Instagram for sale for ages,I know of one of the previous owners from a few years ago and it wasn’t a very clever or clean car then but for a £100 why not give it a punt if your a gambler. Not my thing tho not a gambling man

I've seen this car for sale for a while to. I see on her instagram she was considering breaking it when it would not sell then came up with the idea of the comp.
No doubt it was a bit rough at some point in its past as many have been but a previous owner has put some considerable time and money making it right and it looks a very nice car to me. Would be a pretty cool car to win that's for sure.

I remember seeing it all covered in green moss rusty arches so I would like to how the resto went to see how good the resto was and the fact its not original looses so much value but a chance at £100 is well worth while to someone who wants a cossie its worth a punt and it seems the only way Jamie could get the money for it

As with all the social media stuff though, you have to be careful what you believe when it comes to the cars people post. Earlier this year, I saw the Fiesta ST with tiger stripes that featured prominently on her channels being used at a Ford sales training event, so I assume it was a press car that they had lent her, rather than her own car. The same was probably true with the Focus RS 50 Evocation that she was running for a while.
When these social media influencer types say, "Look at my car!!!", take the "my" part with a pinch of salt, as it may well not be. Lending people like her cars is pretty cheap publicity for an OEM like Ford, and far less risky than lending them to traditional media outlets like Evo, Autocar etc etc. After all, they might say something negative - when do you ever hear an influencer ever say anything negative about a car they are "testing"?
This is one of the biggest problems with social media sadly; it's very difficult to distinguish between what is genuine journalism and what is advertising content. The lines are blurred very intentionally.
Yes bit at the time suggested the car was owned by jamie not à loaner but edited posts of people knowing the truth were removed at the time along with Jaimies look what I have posts .
On social media platforms like Instagram or Twitter even Facebook 99% of stuff is bullshit and people genuinely think there famous for it lol
this promo, but watching her videos she really knows her Ford’s and her Escos is her favourite.
Apparently she had it on ebay but had no luck, hence the auction I suppose. Seems
mad though for £100.

People like Jamie (and the likes of Shmee150 etc) are very useful assets to OEMs. They rely on the OEMs to give them vehicles in order for them to be able to produce content, so they aren't going to burn those bridges by slating any of the cars they are lent. For the OEM, it is guaranteed positive coverage and it is very easy to measure the reach (content views are easily counted). In the case of the Puma, which has received some negative press in the mainstream motoring media, you can see why Ford would want a social media influencer putting content out there to say how good it is and that people should definitely buy one.
It's a very good business model for both side really. The OEM get relatively cheap, free positive media coverage, while the influencer gets good content that helps make them money. You can't blame either of them for doing it, but it's a bit questionable in journalistic/advertising terms.
I suspect we might see some tougher regulation in time. It's already happened to the ones that do make-up/fashion etc.
Does she have it on order, or will she be running a press car on long-term loan in order to try and raise the profile of the Puma? That's the piece of information that likely won't make it to any content put out there, but I suspect it is more likely to be the latter.

Her vlogs are mainly on her Ford's etc just the same as others do, I was impressed by her knowledge of them.
There is another lady called Katie who has an Escos and they know one another.

That may be, but some of them are becoming very wealthy titwanks by being a bit savvy.
I think that's the key issue though. It may sound like she has, but that is no guarantee. When she had the white ST, it was always "my ST" etc, but it looks like it wasn't. Similar with the RS 50. The image they portray is rarely the reality, which is where the problem comes from, particularly when they are advertising products under the guise of giving a genuine review/ownership blog.
She clearly likes her Fords, otherwise she wouldn't post what she posts, but there is obviously some deals going on behind the scenes. If you or I asked to borrow one of the three RS 50 Evocations for a few months, I suspect we would be told to fuck off
Fair play to her if she is making money from it and/or getting the use of nice cars, I'd probably do the same, but I think a lot of them are on shaky ground when it comes to advertising standards. It's only a matter of time before we start to see some more regulation.
It sounds as if she's pre ordered it and I don't get the impression she has any affiliation to Ford.
