very nice - however i'd get rid of the dodgy grille, i'd paint it black

Whats the VTI-s? Below the Type R's im guessing?

Gotta agree i dont rate the meshed grille at all!! I tried to talk him out of it but i was unsuccessful... Yer the VTI-S is the model under the Type R but i believe they have the same B16 engine. VTI-S is also the base for the limited edition Jordon Civic!

Similar in a way to the current Civic Sport versiion circa 135bhp, ie one below the Type R?

Any mechanical differences between the civic pictured and the Jordan edition, or is it all superficail interior additions?

Correct me if im wrong but a Jordon Civic is the same car, caked in disgusting yellow plastic!! The Jordon ones seem to go for shite loads of money too. My mate paid 3500 for his black one which i think is a bargain!!

Yeah your right about the Jordan one - it holds no appeal to me whatsoever, how it performs on the road matters more to me.

As time goes on (and i grow out of my "Fords are the best ever and nothing else compares attitude" don't get me wrong i'll always love them but) i have become increasingly aware of how good the honda NA machines are, im sure anyone will agree. I'll deffo consider buying a V-TEC Civic some time in the future.

Are they easily tuned? Or is it pricey?

Yer, im sure its the same with Fords but there seems to be a massive list of tuning mod's available for Honda's. With this one in particular, he should be able to get around 200bhp for about £600-£700. Never been involved with tuning a Honda before but i cant wait till he starts pouring money into it!!
