Default Engine changed- help with immobiliser

Hey guys, I currently have a Ford Focus 2012 ecoboost 1.0L, Just put a second hand engine in it. But when tried starting it doesn’t start and doesn’t seem to have any spark either. Any suggestions? I’ve been told that it could be my immobiliser that is stopping it from starting. How would/could I get round this? And who could I get to sort this problem out?

Get someone with a diagnostic machine to tell u. It’s the best way to start. Could be a plug not connected or a faulty sensor.

Faulty sensor is an option I think
