Hi All,

I have recently been given a MK4 02 Fiesta with the dreary 1.25. Looking to spice the car up, I have got relatively good mechanical skills, but limited workshop facilities. Would potentially be keen to do a complete engine conversion, if anyone had any recommendations.

I was given the car for free, so not overly precious and happy to experiment/let someone else experiment if they fancied.

Any suggestions to improve performance and make it more exciting would be hugely appreciated.

2.0 Zetec is a decent gain for little work.
Or 1.7 Puma is a tried and tested

 

The 1.7 puma conversion is one of the easiest conversions out there.
