Default O/T Custom Built Multimeter

I know this is completely off topic but hopefully someone will help as i dunno where to start.

I need a very simple meter(s) built, simply needs D/C on a 00.00V scale and A/C on 00.0mV scale. Needs dual display and in a bench meter type casing. Also needs to be backlit and as fast as poss.

Anybody have any idea of somewhere that could make these?

Thanks, Paul.

At the minute using a fluke 45 but really dont need the other functions.

CRO, needs to be battery powered and 'worn' around neck so prob not workable.

Unfortunately response is very important, tried a TTI 1705 but was like 5 seconds per reading which is totally unacceptable.

Casing: Not too important but fluke 45 size is perfect

Max DC 20v, Min 1v but with .00 resolution

Max AC 1v Min 0.1mV

No current reading required.

Any colour lol

BTTT

Gonna trial a bk precision meter in near future but a custom built meter is still an option as we have a market (albeit small) for them.

Exactly mate, and whilst Fluke do make great meters we only need simple, cheap to build, meters.

I already have a Fluke 123 dual reading and a basic 70II but they are useless for this

Dunno if you are familiar with UPS systems Gareth, but the meters are required simply for the maintenance of the battery system. The meter is worn around the neck and the batteries are tested one by one along the rack. Some of our systems have 4000+ batteries so you see why we wanna test them quickly
