Default MK3 fiesta with focus st170 engine and 6 speed box

It's a fiesta mk3 fitted with an st170 engine
Focus ST Gearbox
Shortened driveshafts
Custom Engine mounts
Focus ST loom mated with the Fiesta loom
Focus ST dials
ST brakes front and back so rear disc conversion with braided brake lines
Poly bushed rear beam and new arms and bushes all round
Fully undersealed
Two new front wings
Remote brake servo as fitted to many kit cars but needs plumbing the send and return so the brakes don't work at the minute
Brand new sills both sides
Relocated battery to boot
Short shift gearbox 6 speed focus st fitted

Not long had this car, half tempted to sell, half tempted to build it...

Plans are to fit a full RS/xr2i kit (obviously standard lol)
Full Respray in Radiant Red
Currently car runs as if its a focus st, plans are to fit an ME221 ecu
Fit ITB's
I have a durantec 2.0 race head from a friend who builds f1 engines (luck of living in the midlands lol)
He can make me some custom cams and the race engine rev's to 10k!
The head flows and runs around 320hp so he tells me, but the ecu, cams, ITB's and head will set me back around 8k

Short term goals are to get the brakes all round plumbed up, I want to fit power steering, fit coilovers and new hubs all round

So I have an issue with the handbrake, I've got focus ST rear brakes discs, but on the fiesta hubs, I'm looking to buy a new handbrake cable - should I go with a focus st170 one or mk3 fiesta?

Focus cluster works with the Focus ecu. Once on stand alone you would have to swap the cluster out or run thre focus ecu on a piggyback set up.

Thanks for the feedback mate. Probably I will manage the engine with a stand alone, so I think o will be a bit harder to get it to work. For the 6 speed transmissor was it simple to pass the cables or a bit complicated?
