How to remove belt molding 3dr bumper?

How to remove belt molding 3dr bumper?
How do you go about removing the belt molding strips from a 3dr cosworth front bumper?
My end brackets are broken and i need to get to the pop rivets to drill them out.
And if anyone knows where to get replacement brackets that would be a bonus.
