Ford cosworh Sierra Hard Brake Pedal

I have my Ford Cosworth Sierra sitting in shed for 6 months and when i went to drive it the brake pedal was rock hard,What can the problem? ABS unit? Can it be the black switch?Has anyone have this problem before? Help

The problem = pump not operating.

The first check would be to check the supply to the pump (i.e. fuse/relay issue) but there are several possibilities, which include pressure switch, seized pump, but check the basics first and that is the first thing I mentioned.
