Hiya

i have a 91 fiesta with the 1.3 hcs lump in, and after some research I’ve decided I want to put the 2.0 lump in. However I have a few questions I couldn’t find any answers to.

1. What should I do about engine mounts when it comes to putting the 2.0 in?

2. What should I do in regards gearbox? Use the original or use one from something else? And if something else, what should I do regards mounts?

3. Should I decided I’d rather the 1.8, what car/year should I try and get one from and again, what’s the engine mount situation like?

i know that I need a load of 1.6/1.8 engine parts to make the 2.0 work correctly, doing that isn’t an issue.
