Default Help needed, whats the best turbo for my engine spec

Hi guys, was wondering if anyone can give me some good advise I'm looking to upgrade my Turbocharger on my 1990 S2 RS Turbo, I'm after something that has good strong power but with minimum lag as possible, at the moment it's pushing out 186bhp with 205ft @ 15psi before the Cylinder head work was done and don't want to go over 15psi with the new Turbo as I want to keep the reliability up, here's a run down on what's been done on my engine. Thanks

Engine Spec =

Stage 2 Cylinder head, Kent CVH 34 Camshaft Kit, Group A Ignition Coil, Magnecor 8mm Blue Ignition leads, K&N Air Filter, Bleed Valve, Bailey Dump Valve, Bailey Oil Breather, Bailey Header Tank, Full Samco Boost Hoses, Full Samco Coolant Hoses, Full RooseSport Ancillary & Oil Hoses, Pace Aluminium Uprated Radiator, Radtec Front Mounted Intercooler (will have twin Kenlow fans fitted with the new turbo) Airtec Turbo Cooler, JamSport -31 Actuator, Uprated Bosch 941 Fuel Pump, T304 Stainless Steel Tubular Manifold (From Auto Specialists) Full Scorpion Stainless Steel Exhaust System with a 4” rolled out tail pipe and a Helix 4 Paddle Clutch Kit fitted. The Bottom end is all standard

Is it more power your after hence wanting to change the turbo?
if so you may wanna look at changing the rods as if your gonna be up around that 250hp mark soon your pushing it on the standard rods, they are made of chocolate

Sorry for the late reply, well my turbo seals are leaking and is getting worse so might as well upgrade it, not looking for major power I'll be happy at around the 200 mark, so where would be the best place to buy one and do you think a stage 2 is more than enough as I don't want much lag
