where can i get a BRAND NEW flywheel for a 2.1 ZVH ERST... ?

its basically a 1.6 CVH flywheel that is required...

where from please ? and prices ?

Why not go down the scrappy, get a 1.6 CVH EFI flywheel, get it lightened, balanced and bored out to fit the Zetec crank?

There are also Zetec aluminium flywheels in America, they *may* fit.

have been told any 1600 CVH flywheel should do it...

dont know where i would get it machined either, thats another potential problem

 

Any CVH flywheel will fit - however if you are running any sort of EFI system, the chances are you wil NEED the EFI flywheel.

You could machine it yourself, but it is a real hard, slow job. Ligtening and balancing is a pro job only though. Any machineshop should be able to bore the holes out, but lightening and balancing I'd only entrust to a specialist with years of experience and a good rep.
