Hi All

I have a problem when under load I get a massive vibration from the rear of the car, it always appears to come from the inside rear wheel. It honestly feels like the wheel is about to fall off. I have got out before to check if the wheel is loose it is that bad. Thing is it sometimes gets really bad then goes away again, it is like something in the diff is moving out of place.

Have replaced that NS drive shaft and that made no odds. The diff was previously stripped and although there is some slop in it I cant see how it could cause this.

Anyone have any ideas ?? or had anything similar with the 4x4 transmission ??

damo, it's not something daft like an egg-shaped wheel is it? bent on the inner bead that doesn't show from the outside?

 

mine turned out to the outer tca bush on the arb, you havn't got deflex bushes by anychance as mine had but 1 had colapsed
