Hi. I have a mk 7 titanium tdci.
I get clicking from behind dash when insert key .
also no blowing air through vents.

I found videos on YouTube how to change blend motor . But all are USA.

I took the plastics off the steering wheel. To reach behind up to the blend door motor . But there's a silver rectangular beveled metal box thing next to steering wheel that is in way.

I have tried to identify what this part is and if it's easy to remove . So I can change motor.

the car has a.c. and auto climate controls.
