Hi guys I'm new to passion ford I bought this about a month ago. My plans are to touch up a few areas like battery tray. Altho it has been replaced just want to smooth out the welds and same in another area I want to give her a check all over to make sure there's nothing lurking about. As you can see I do need to get quite a few parts for her. Today got a 2.0ltr zetec block today so will be stripping it down soon and getting ready for turbo. Bores look good.
Welcome to passionford mate ..looks a nice base to start with ..good luck with it and keep the build thread up to date with loads of pics of the work if you can .
feel free to go take a look at mine further down the main page of you need any ideas.
I'm going to do my best mate. This is the 1st time I will be doing a zvh so will need a bit of help with this. I'm lucky with the parts side as as you can see she needs a lot of parts but o do have a mate who I saw today that has about 2 escort rs turbo cars that he's broke so a few things coming from him.

So collected a few little bits. Got a st170 head. Went for this as it has larger ports and will flow better. I will keep the vvt so will need to decide on the best ECU for that. And got a st170 gearbox as well. So before I start with doing anything with underside will want to fabricate the mounts. Now does anyone have any info on this please??? Thanks to A9 TUE for the parts.
