Default Mondeo MK3 2lt TDCI Clutch Pedal Gone Stiff?

As the title says. I went to drive the car last night and noticed the clutch pedal were really hard when pressing it down but still ok to drive.
I think the biting point is a bit lower than usual as well. It were fine when i parked up?
Any help appreciated..

I've done one before where I've lowered the gearbox side of the sub frame down and removed the gear box and rested it in the gap between the sub frame and chassis leg then there is just enough room to get your hands in to remove the clutch and slave cylinder

I'm just replacing the cylinder as the clutch were replaced nearly 2 years ago so it should be still good to go..
