Default Focus RS Mk3 Recall information

Does anyone have a quick fix on finding out weather the Focus RS mk3
needs the gasket doing?
How do i find out, or is there a link i feed my chassis’ number into that
tells me “it does” or “doesn’t”! Need a recall.

Any information on this would be a great help.

Thank yous !!

You can look it up on Etis. Make sure Preferences is set to UK then under Vehicle enter the VIN and in the summary it will tell you any outstanding actions (i.e. recall)
https://www.etis.ford.com/home.do

It's cars built up to around the middle of 2017 that need it doing

Think there is also way you can tell by looking under the engine cover at the gasket where it protrudes outside the block, they have different markings and stuff on the edge of the gasket, not sure how exactly what though but kind of shows you where to look in this video at around 5 minutes

There doesn't seem to be anything online.
Ring any Ford dealer, tell the the reg if original and or VIN and they can check.

I’ve just checked on etis and it states NO CAMPAIGN MESSAGES FOUND .. Does this mean it won’t need a recall?

Should be clear then. Mine showed as needing it as it's an early 2016 car - had the work done and the message on ETIS has gone.
