Fitting bike carbs on a xr3i

Hi all I’ve been rebuilding my 89 xr3i with a st170 engine. I’ve got a set of zx6r carbs and fuel pump. Is it ok to mount the bike fuel pump In the same place as the original and what size is the petrol tank outlet? Many thanks

I wouldn’t have thought the bike pump would be up to supplying enough fuel

i also would prefer basic standard injection over a carb any day of the week.
