Default Do you own a Focus sleeper?

Hi everyone
Is there anyone on this forum that owns a proper Focus sleeper i.e. a base model with RS running gear?
If so, do you have any pics?
Cheers

I got as far as the running gear by that time the focus had dissolved into a big pile of rust.

I would think twice, there are better cars out there for the cost of the Rs parts.

I've had a MK1 MX5 as my weekend car for the last couple of years (which are great fun BTW) since I sold my last MK4 Escort. I've still got my MK1 Focus which I've had for 13 years now.
I've been toying with the idea of looking for another MK1 Focus but a sleeper. There's a lovely looking gold 3 door with an RS engine on the MK1 Focus group on Facebook and was just wondering if the opportunity arose to purchase something similar what sort of price they would change hands for?
Cheers

No I just like playing with engines.

The above is a modified zetec with all the Rs bits bolted on. If you can find them and it took me five or six years the Rs bits are going to add up to more than some very capable cars.
The RS Megane 225 springs to mind.
I am thinking of breaking the above as I am working on a rwd turbo zetec and rwd Duratec 30 (St220)

Ford college at Daventry used to have a room full of things like Big Wasa has built.

I don't recall them having a Focus RS engine but they had a lot of others.

It also runs on the Rs ecu.
That one was a bit more fancy than the others I've done.
