Sapphire mirrors

Anybody had an issue with the door mirrors drooping? Seems like on mine, the springs have stretched?
Just wondered if anyone’s “engineered” a fix for it? Was hoping I could get them apart and shorten the spring somehow?

Ill take a pic... It’s like the entire mirror housing is being pulled down. The whole thing is loose, but can’t work out why, it’s no been hit, just been sat there!?
