Default dust covers on gaz gold

Hey bought some gaz gold for my mk1 xr4i. I was curious if anyone runs them with gaz golds?
What would fit?

Also seen these hey look pretty okay and also cover the thread of the coilovers. But don't see the velcro sticking together on the long run...

Don’t bother with covers, they just hold the dirt in. Put copper slip grease on the threads. ACF50 will help stop corrosion its amazing stuff, but do not get it anywhere near your brakes!!!!!!!
Regular cleaning and maintenance is the best option.

im using ceramic grease for the brakes. Way better!
Though these covers were easy as they would stop dust a little bit and it is easy to get them off for a cleaning.

Even dust covers that fit on the piston rod a no go?

No I wouldn’t bother. I do a bit of work at Leda suspension and we never advise covers. Just a light coating of grease on the threads and rod (especially under bump stops) and regular cleaning and re-application. NEVER JET WASH YOUR DAMPERS! It forces water inside the top closure.
