They are Owen Developements own new range of turbos.
They are basically updated hta versions of garrett turbos

Although I may be changing to aftermarket management now, just means the cars off the road for even longer to fund it.

I would only recommend buying a off the shelf turbo from the likes of Borg Warner then precision then Garrett in that order but I would only go with efr anyway lol.
