hi again,cars come back from the shop with "bonnet cable broken at latch reg cable and bonnet latch"£230,its as much as it is.but,again im i missing something as the bonnet opens and closes just fine,the little plug came loose the other day and bonnett open came up on computer,just plugged it back in and all fine.

I tied mine up with zip-ties.. never had a problem again.I have also used single core electrical copper. that did the trick just as much on another ford. When it comes to someothing under the bonnent, people dont see it, so i see no reason why you cant compromise there. Spending £230 on the same thing would be completley insane!
