Default Hello (on your radio)

Hello one and all. I'll be Steve and I'll be based in St Leonards on the Sussex coast. Sorry about the '90's reference - I'll get to the point.

It's been a while since I joined any owner forums but, having got my third Focus and my second Mk2, I thought I'd dive right in. Being the chuffed owner of an 09MY Titanium, the only disappointment I have is with the standard (Sony) audio unit. Whereas my previous Focus, a 55 reg Ghia X, had a pretty good system, complete with 6-CD changer, this one has only a single disc capability. The old car also had a Parrot BlueTooth, so I was able to use my phone to play MP3 files through the car's sound system.

I've been looking at aftermarket units and came across this one, item #322780363862, one of many similar units, in eBay. I've highlighted this one for no other reason than it comes with a reversing camera unit, too; something that I find really useful on my other half's Toyota. There are a number of similar items but they all look pretty much the same.

So:
1. Has anyone bought one of these?
2. Is it any good?
3. Is it a home fit, or should I employ a specialist?
4. Did it come complete with all necessary cabling, or will I need an additional harness to connect it to the car’s main ICE harness?
5. I run Waze sat nav on my Android mobile. Will I be able to run Waze with this unit, using the big display, rather than the phone?

Any suggestions/advice welcome. Thanks.
