Default Yb aux shaft pulley issue

Hi,

just assembling an yb engine and noticed the aux shaft pulley touching the oil seal housing, when i tighten the bolt. Is there a spacer or anything i missed?

is the pulley round the right way ?,any pics from the front

Pulley needs to be opposite to the cam pulley if that makes sense.
No spacer is fitted

This is the front of it, should be the other way around?
