Default Fiesta 1.2 engine swap for 2 litre

Hi I’m interested in putting a bigger engine into my 2005 fiesta 1.2 finesse, would a 2 litre engine fit into it with no messing about??

Transfer an entire fiesta ST into it. That said be a lot easier to just buy one.
