Default Cosworth for MK2 RS2000

I have always liked the Escort MK2 RS2000.
So would you sell a Sapphire 4x4 Cosworth or a 3 Door Cosworth for a MK2 RS2000.
Something I have always wanted, but also love my 2 Cosworths too.
Although I have a MK1 Escort it could be awkward to sell it as it was a wedding present from my wife.
So undecided it is unreal

Wow, that sounds a lovely collection, get some pics up.

To me it sounds like you already have the better cars, although not seen a Bosworth before.

I'd be keeping the 3DR no doubt about it. For what its worth i'd sell the Sapphire and get a Mk2 Escort RS2000 or even a Mexico.

Wow, I was never really a fan of the saph but they are growing on me and I love the colour of yours, the 3dr is just wonderful and I love the MK1...so if you want a MK2 you are just going to have to save up and buy it as you cannot sell any of these....(unless you sell the saph for peanuts to me)

For what it's worth, i think you've done very well to have the 3 cars you have, especially all at the same time. i wouldn't feel disappointed about not having a mk2!

Jason. You have a collection which most people would be over the moon to own! There is no way I would sell any of them to get a MK2 RS2000. If you are really keen to have one and your pockets are deep enough buy one to ADD to your fantastic collection!!

Sure I seen your collection in a ford mag I was well jealous, personally don’t like mk1 & mk2’s so would see it as a step back they are so old and basic but each to their own.

As you already have the MK1, I don't think I would be too worried about the MK2 personally. Even more so if it's got that god-awful droop snoot face on it. They look horrendous in my view
